We strive to create a respectful, non-judgmental, safe-space to discuss incidents and experiences you are facing while on your life journey. We make information and services available to our customers, and our customers must follow our rules.
Our Terms and Conditions agreement is based on Customer Expectations, Fairness, and Mutual Respect:
- Okra Readings pledges to maintain confidentiality and/or protect information provided by customers to the fullest moral, ethical, legal extent of the law.
- Okra Readings reserves the right to withdraw our service(s) (without refund) based on the customer's discriminatory conduct, unlawful behavior, slander, threatening behavior, hate speech, bullying, or upon a customer's disclosure of intentions to misuse the information provided.
- Okra Readings pledges to treat all customers with dignity and respect.
- As a customer, you acknowledge that time is fluid and we all have Free Will. As a result, we, Okra Readings, provide information and guidance to customers using oracle messages, cards, interpretations, and intuition based on the energetic state of your situations as they are energetically during the time of the readings. There will be no refunds based on outcomes. Okra Readings will not be held liable for outcomes. The services provided by Okra Readings are for entertainment purposes only.
- As a customer, you imply full understanding that the services we provide are based on spirituality and faith and you agree to refrain from taking any legal actions against Okra Readings, its employees, or owners due to disagreements.
- Okra Readings is not a substitute for seeking professional, medical, or legal advice.
- Okra Readings reserves the right to enforce copyright rules, such as attribution, adaptation, commercial or non-commercial use, etc. at any time before or after completing a service.
- Okra Readings will not be held responsible for loss of any customer's information processed through third-party affiliates, agencies, or vendors, including financial institutions.
- Accounts can be disabled by either the customer who created it or by Okra Readings.
- Customers agree to Okra Readings' use of images of spreads for marketing, educational, and advertising purposes. Okra Readings retains full discretion in providing compensation for use.
- Recordings are a part of the services provided by Okra Readings. As such, booking an appointment with Okra Readings is interpreted as the customer's consent to being recorded and will be considered Okra Readings' compliance with any and all federal, state, local, and jurisdictional laws, statutes, or regulations involving audio/video recordings.
- Okra Readings has the right to change/modify the Terms of Conditions agreement at any time and can obtain related services though legal entities who are subject matter experts.
